Patti Labelle probrably couldn't even hit that note in her complete chest voice and she has a pretty high vocal range. The head voice starts a C5(Tenor C) and the whistle register starts at E6(past soprano C) But when you belt, you use the pressure from your chest voice and it makes a full sound. Research it if you don't believe me.
