Description:
By request, here is when Steve Jobs introduced Mac OS X for the first time ever. I edited the video myself to show the very best moments of the presentation & split it up into 3 parts on account of youtube's bogus time limit. |

Francixco11 ::: Favorites I love macs but they're so expensive...I'm shure if you reduce their price you'll win a lot of money...People like me will certainly buy a MAC!!! 07-06-21 06:00:20 _____________________________________________________
misha1035 ::: Favorites Actually, the Mac-prices have become much more competitive with those of equivalent Windows-PCs. What makes Macs a better value is the included software (iLife)! 07-06-22 21:28:00 _____________________________________________________
macintochfan ::: Favorites lol, macs are cheaper than PCs, if u compare the performance and programs 07-07-12 00:54:30 _____________________________________________________
BLACKHAWK2020 ::: Favorites Hey macintochfan? want to play bf2 later? HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 07-08-04 14:01:17 _____________________________________________________
macintochfan ::: Favorites nah i like World of Warcraft, thx 07-08-05 16:41:09 _____________________________________________________
vincentpundk ::: Favorites What your you talking about. You got mental problems? 07-08-13 04:56:57 _____________________________________________________
DavinTerrizzi ::: Favorites For your information, Macs can run Windows and therefore BF2. 07-08-23 08:38:13 _____________________________________________________
manindermaninder ::: Favorites how? vista is only comparable os x tiger, the ones below it are nothing to it, so it took two years to catch up 07-06-15 14:10:48 _____________________________________________________
annoyedwithsignup ::: Favorites No, we have someone who speaks the truth. 07-06-15 05:28:55 _____________________________________________________
littlevish ::: Favorites what apps was he using for the toy story logo? 07-06-08 23:52:09 _____________________________________________________
peestandingup ::: Favorites Im not sure, but I think it was an early version of the Preview app. 07-06-09 20:39:15 _____________________________________________________
littlevish ::: Favorites i asked on a mac forum, and the response i got was that it was an app called "PDFEdit" that was only in the prerelease versions of OS X. i wish preview could do things like that. 07-06-09 20:53:26 _____________________________________________________
gunpder94 ::: Favorites I think he said "Quartz" 07-07-07 12:38:29 _____________________________________________________
LAG09 ::: Favorites Man, you know what 19cohen, you're just f*ckin retarded 07-05-27 10:05:21 _____________________________________________________
spolvid ::: Favorites Even as a Mac junkie, I'm going to have to agree with 19cohen. OS X launched with almost no applications, took the clock off the menu bar, got rid of the Apple menu, and quite literally, REMOVED features. All that for a new UI? Sorry, OS X is awesome now, but at launch it sucked. 07-05-26 13:34:31 _____________________________________________________
Mat5913 ::: Favorites I know, but 19cohen said: They changed just the user interface The truth is: They changed frameworks, kernel, architecture and the user interface. A new kernel with new framework is not "a couple of features", come on! They introduced Darwin, Quartz, Aqua, Cocoa, Carbon, and a lot of other great things! MAC RULES, no discussion 07-05-27 06:50:54 _____________________________________________________
spolvid ::: Favorites You have a point, but why have all that new stuff if there's about 10 things that use it? 07-05-27 13:01:39 _____________________________________________________
Mat5913 ::: Favorites 10 things? Did you mean 5500 apps? 07-05-29 09:27:52 _____________________________________________________
StopIslamoFascism ::: Favorites I agree. But lets not forget..this was a HUGE transition. This was at least 2 years ahead of what Microsoft offered. 07-06-01 02:39:48 _____________________________________________________
gunpder94 ::: Favorites QUARTZ! 07-05-20 08:43:45 _____________________________________________________ |
