DoctorSensitive ::: Favorites The only thing that disturbed me was the 'cork screw' movement but I realized this is because I was making bigger circles than I should have thus moving my lower spine more than it needed to be moved. mrhead09 ::: Favorites Ab work can be tricky. You should trust your body. If you are sore, don't do this routine. However, if you aren't sore, you can do it everyday.
