Description:

In discussing evolution with people who doubt its validity I have found they use the same arguments over and over again. I felt it's time someone put these arguments to the test and hold them against existing facts. The irony is biblical-creation I.D. theory if true requires rapid microevolution and speciation. Over around 4000 years, taking us from 1 dog pedgree to the countless pedigree's we see today.

I'm not trying to prove anything. The FACTS are no test has ever shown the evolution from one Distinct species to another such as mouse to elephant all be it through various stages of speciation or microevolution is possible. Fruit flys are still fruit flys.

Kind: a group of individuals or instances sharing common traits. Dogs, birds, amebas, plants, apes... have common traits. They are all life forms on Earth. They are all one kind. I don't understand what are you trying prove when you say that "New species are variation within a kind"

"New species are variation within a kind" Kind is a general term. It's up to the user do define what specific criteria will be used to group the objects. Mammels are one kind, reptiles are also one kind. Mouse and an elephant are both mammels, therefore they are the same kind of animals. So, is mouse just a variation of an elephant?

Did you just compare Evolution to Terry Pratchett's "The Disc World" novels? Are you genuinely trying to disprove facts using information from a comedy-fantasy series of fiction books?
