jgizzy ::: Favorites If I had 1.5M dollars laying around I honestly don't know if I would buy a Veyron, I think I would rather shoot for a Mclaren F1 (the GT version ["longtail"] would be ideal, but only 2 were made IIRC) over the newer Bugatti. Also, a CLK-GTR SS (supersport) comes to mind as well...beautiful car! jgizzy ::: Favorites Well you're talking about how the Viper HV 1000 is the fastest...so I mentioned that top speed acceleration is only one part of the equation to being better and "beating" another car and that there are many other aspects to acceleration, such as...maybe the 0-100 or 0-120. jgizzy ::: Favorites I see...I think most of us read that article in R&T. The Bugatti is still a greater car than the Hennessey Viper Venom 1000. It only starts to pick up good speed by 120mph, whereas the Veyron tears ass out of the hole -- where most street-to-track-to-street cars need it the most.
