bassnsx ::: Favorites 2008-01-01 13:29:18 i didnt know that. thats weird. are you sure? i had a '65 mustang 2+2 fastback w/ 289, c-4 and pony package with no reverse lights and no exterior mirrors. i guess it was a '64 1/2 if you're correct. __________________________________________________
leanfront ::: Favorites 2007-12-21 14:08:20 Thanks __________________________________________________
vbdenny ::: Favorites 2007-12-20 18:30:16 either way, you did a beautiful job on that Mustang. __________________________________________________
leanfront ::: Favorites 2007-12-19 17:22:27 I didnt use the stock rear valance, that's why there are no reverse lights. __________________________________________________
vbdenny ::: Favorites 2007-12-18 20:00:20 I had a 1964(1/2) Mustang with a 289. It would smoke the L60-14 tires forever. Your looks to be a 1964 1/2 rather than 65. The titles all say 1965 but the 64.5 didn't have reverse lights which became mandated in 1965. Eith way, whew, what a project. I have a 1966 Cutlass sitting in my garage and I have a video on my channel driving it. It needs quite a bit of work at this point. I bought it in 1978 for $400. __________________________________________________
6650roger ::: Favorites 2007-11-28 01:04:28 only thing is I would have stayed with the stock hood. Unless you had a room issue. Love the grill. But again stock would have been so sweet. That color is orgasmic __________________________________________________
6650roger ::: Favorites 2007-11-28 01:00:58 this is the best video in the world. It just showed me everthing im going to be going through. Awsome job and wow just awsome __________________________________________________
MIXMASTAPWN ::: Favorites 2007-10-29 16:32:45 nice dude i love stangs! hey do u think this is a good deal 4,000$ OBO for a 68 stang with a 3spd 289 and it needs paint? idk im thinking about it its in the paper tell me what you think __________________________________________________
leanfront ::: Favorites 2007-10-22 15:24:15 You can buy that hood through mustangs plus in Stockton, CA. __________________________________________________
marshallchang ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 19:56:24 i would want to bring it to a finish close to what you have done here, with some details unfinished that iwould complete over time when i get the money. i was just wondering if you had a good estimate of wat this particular resto costed? __________________________________________________
Zypher555 ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 17:24:16 Haha than I guess all I can say is you got grea taste in color! Also is that a chevy hood? If so how did you fit it on? __________________________________________________
leanfront ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 13:56:35 Thanks. Don't really wanna say the exact name of the color because at this point it is still one of a kind (that i know of). The color was very expensive and hard to get. __________________________________________________
leanfront ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 13:53:01 Cost depends on how far you want to go with it, and what kind of condition it's in now. I did everything myself and it still cost a lot of money. __________________________________________________
Zypher555 ::: Favorites 2007-10-16 21:32:23 God I love almost everything about this car you did a great job. I would change the wheels but hey that is me great job though! What color is the paint though? I like it. __________________________________________________
hoovernumber6 ::: Favorites 2007-10-03 12:28:06 Congrats! The car is absolutely awesome. I have one, God help me in getting in ever restored. It's drivable right now, but I have one blinker that won't work, even after getting 3 mechanics to look at it. Seems like they don't want to bother with it. What's worse is that I'm a female and it further seems like I can't ever get anyone to take me seriously. It was a Christmas gift two years ago and well, I've done nothing to it. Tried, but no luck. __________________________________________________ |
