Description: a little video with me doing my thing..the rim is about 9 ft. I can't do those kind of dunks on a 10 ft goal..I'd love to..but unfortunately I'm only 5.7.. |

Most of my hops are natural so to speak, but I've done a bit of "Air Alert" (a jumping program)as well as weight lifting like leg pressing. I also ride the bike a lot and do streaching execises to improve my flexebility, which a lot of people say is a forgotten secret to jumping high.
